      INS technology is an advanced process developed from IML (In-Mold Labeling). Its core lies in first forming pre-printed films into three-dimensional shapes that match the product contour through high-pressure or vacuum thermoforming, and then placing them into injection molds for overmolding. This "form first, inject later" approach enables the product to conform to complex curved surfaces, such as curved dashboard panels and corner areas of door trims, effectively avoiding issues like stretching deformation or pattern distortion that can occur with traditional planar IML in curved applications.


      During the development of INS products, Chengdexing utilizes imported high-pressure forming machines and precision injection molding equipment to ensure the accuracy of film forming and the bonding strength during injection molding. Additionally, the company is equipped with inspection and processing tools such as coordinate measuring machines and spark erosion machines to enforce strict quality control over molds and finished products. The entire process, from CAD/CAM mold design to final product delivery, is independently managed by the company, ensuring product consistency and stable delivery.


      In terms of materials, Chengdexing selects high-temperature-resistant, UV-resistant PC/PMMA composite films with excellent aging performance, paired with environmentally friendly ink printing. This enables INS products to not only achieve various decorative effects such as metallic brushed finishes, carbon fiber patterns, and wood grains but also maintain color stability and surface gloss over the long term.
